The Orie at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh by CDL Sekisui House and Frasers Property
The highly anticipated opening of a brand-new condominium in Toa Payoh's Lorong 1 in 2024 will take place in one of Singapore's most storied and established neighbourhoods, Toa Payoh. The 5,743 square meter plots in The Orie could accommodate up to 777 residential units, with a maximum gross floor area of 66,121 square meters.
With a bid of S$968 million, or S$1,360 per square foot per person, a consortium comprising City Developments Ltd. (CDL), Frasers Property, and Sekisui House secured the third site at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh. Two other groups, one from GuocoLand and the other from CapitaLand Development, also placed bids for the plot.
