My Story
(From a MOM Registered Safety Officer to a Realtor)

My name is Jae Chin, and I serve as an Associate Group Director at Propnex. I have been in the construction industry for close to 15 years, as a Registered Safety Officer at various Main Contractor firm. Having entered the real estate industry on a full-time basis in 2021, I've dedicated myself to specializing in residential properties. My primary focus lies in providing invaluable assistance to HDB owners, guiding them through asset progression endeavors. Moreover, I work closely with multi-property owners to optimize and restructure their portfolios for maximum efficiency.

I understand the challenges and uncertainties that come with starting out in this industry, which is why I believe in providing comprehensive guidance and support to newcomers. In 2023, I achieved significant milestones, clocking in more than $150k in sales commission during my first year, even while working part-time. I attained the Super Gold Achiever status within the month and received consistent Gold Awards almost every month thereafter, TOP Rookie award for 2023. Gotten 20% TOP Producer for 2023! Since last year, I've taken up a new role as a trainer and facilitator in our division, conducting trainings and leading our team in prospecting activities to support our growth.

In addition to my real estate expertise, I'm passionate about leveraging social media platforms. I love working on social media strategies, and I've managed to DIY almost all of them myself at zero cost! I believe in the power of digital marketing and social media to enhance our reach and engage with potential clients effectively.

Throughout these years into real estate industry, my team is expanding. I'm looking for qualified candidates to join our big family Adrian Lim Division under Marcus Luah Advisory, PropNex.
